How to order goods from Future Computer

How to set up an account with Future Computer
We have several types of accounts available. We can service your orders via credit card, check, or purchase order.
Credit Card Orders:
We will need you to fax us (775.329.4830) the credit card number, name on the card, expiry date and security digits for the credit card you will normally use for Future Computer orders. We will request an authorization prior to processing any transaction.
Cash in Advance:
We will need you to mail us the payment to be used for the order at time of order placement. Delivery of goods will not take place until the payment has cleared.
Purchase Orders:
We will need you to call us on 877.877.2727 for a credit application and we will set up a credit limit for orders. All orders will require a valid purchase order number.

Return Policy
Contact Future Computer at 877-877-2727 or via e-mail at info@buyfuturre.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to us. Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA number: customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.
Please return all products complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon the products being returned complete including all packaging.
You are responsible for shipping charges to Future Computer for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped to you at our expense by the same mode at which you shipped the products to us. If the carrier you select is not used by Future Computer, a comparable shipping method will be selected at our discretion. You are responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. Return privileges vary by manufacturer.
Products cannot be returned after 30 days from date of invoice. Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. Please note: used toner and ink cartridges may not qualify for credit depending on usage.
